22:56 CET - ENGLAND ARE INTO THE FINAL! THEY'VE DONE IT! Ollie Watkins is the hero for England. The Aston Villa man came off the bench for Kane late on, and he finished so brilliantly in the last minutes of the game. It was a tense second half after England had dominated in the first, but in the end, Gareth Southgate's men have made back-to-back European Championship finals. Heartbreak for the Dutch, who were so close to reaching the final, but they probably did lose to the better team on the day. They will face Spain in the final.

22:52 CET - IN THE 91ST MINUTE, OLLIE WATKINS HAS FINISHED INCREDIBLY! HE CAME ON FOR KANE WITH AROUND 20 MINUTES TO GO, AND WHAT AN IMPACT! IT'S BRILLIANT CENTRE FORWARD PLAY, AND HE MAY HAVE SENT ENGLAND THROUGH!

22:43 CET - It's still 1-1 with seven minutes to go. It has been a much more even half, and you can feel the tension in the air. Who will be the hero?

22:04 CET - And we are back underway for the second half! It looks like Luke Shaw is coming on for England, while Wout Weghorst comes on for the Dutch.

21:48 CET - Great half of football, especially from the perspective of England. It has EASILY been their best 45 minutes of the tournament so far, playing some lovely, slick attacking football. The Dutch have been happy just to sit back and soak up the pressure. However, the score is still 1-1, and when the Netherlands have gone forward, they have shown some quality. Long way to go.

21:18 CET - HARRY KANE THUMPS HOME FROM THE PENALTY SPOT! England have started the match well, and were probing for an equaliser. Kane was then deemed to be fouled by Denzel Dumfries in the penalty area, before the captain stepped up to bury the subsequent penalty. It looked very soft, but the English won't mind one bit. 1-1.

21:07 CET - WHAT A GOAL FROM XAVI SIMONS! The young midfielder dispossessed Declan Rice and drove at the English defence, who continued to back off him. They gave him too much room, and he smashed in brilliantly from long range. 1-0.

21:00 CET - And we are underway! Who will join Spain in the showpiece event on Sunday?

20:55 CET  - The players are coming out of the tunnel. We are closing in on the start of the match.

19:58 CET - With just over an hour left until kick-off, the team news is in. For England, Marc Guehi returns from his suspension as Ezri Konsa misses out, but Luke Shaw is still not fit to start despite his cameo against Switzerland.

There is also one change for the Netherlands, with Donyell Malen coming in for Steven Bergwijn.
